As part of their operation, fluid based substances are pumped inside rotary disc atomizer so that entered fluid converts into droplets inside drying unit. Air distributor is used for homogeneous circulation of hot air inside. Delivered heated air comes in contact with droplets for transferring of heat. Droplets are later transformed into powder form after drying and produced powder is released by exhaust fan via cyclone.
